This is me…..and my story of setting up my own accountancy practice.

After 15 years in the corporate world, from bookkeeper to senior accountant in a global company, I took a little career break to be with my newborn and family.

During this time, I made my new plan.

In 2020 during the pandemic, I became a self-employed accountant offering bookkeeping services to individuals and SMEs businesses while home-schooling my child. Then due to continuous growth in my business, I set up Nomad Accountancy Ltd in April 2021 and became VAT-registered.

We are an ACCA accredited chartered accounting firm. My company offers one-stop-shop services, which allow you to access accounting and tax services without the need to look elsewhere for your personal tax affairs and business finance management.

I’m confident my years of helping big corporate firms grow their business can help you see beyond your business figures by offering more than just bookkeeping and accounting services. I provide my clients’ with a business financial analytical view including management reports, cashflow forecasting, budgeting/forecasting, costing, stock management and so much more.

I am originally from Hong Kong and came to the UK 20 years ago. I’m fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. If you’re from a Chinese background and need someone to decipher UK tax jargon and its complexity, I’m the right girl for you. Due to my expat background in the UK, I have become an expert in all kinds of expatriate UK tax matters and attract a good amount of expats and overseas clients who either reside in UK, or have investment interests in UK.
